From our chairperson to staff members, we have deeply engaged with people from over 30 countries and have a proven track record of supporting the lives and dreams of international students. With “HEART”-centered communication that transcends differences in language, culture, and religion and stands beside each person as a fellow human being, we create an environment where trainees do not become isolated and can confidently demonstrate their abilities.

Above all, we prioritize building an environment where young people who come to Japan with dreams can “work with confidence and live in good health” in the world’s safest country. Beyond regular visits and mental health care, our accompanying support—combining “family-like warmth” with “professional rigor” so families overseas can also feel at ease—has led to high retention rates (an initiative toward zero disappearances).

Our cooperative offers flexible proposals unconstrained by precedent. In fact, we were quick to welcome technical intern trainees in the new occupation of “forestry” from Mongolia, and they continue to excel as immediate assets on the ground. We accurately grasp regional industry needs, match outstanding talent from the most suitable countries, and are confident in our end-to-end coordination all the way through to ensuring they settle and stay on site.

Our origins lie in the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. “Giving back” for the warm support we received from around the world amid despair is the mission for which our cooperative was founded. Because we understand better than anyone the value of people supporting one another across borders, we strictly adhere to compliance (legal compliance) and promise clean, sincere, and highly transparent supervisory operations for both companies and trainees.
