Total 5 trainees (3 have been performing outstandingly on the front lines since 2024, and in 2026, 2 more will newly arrive and join us, further deepening our bonds of trust!)
Key Highlights
Forestry is a “new job category” among technical intern trainees and demands physical strength and a high level of safety awareness.
Our cooperative quickly built a strong network with Mongolia and succeeded in matching outstanding young people who grew up robustly in the great outdoors.
Precisely because the worksites are demanding, Chairman Hosokawa and our staff support trainees like family, achieving “zero runaways or incidents” as they settle in and thrive as valuable, immediately effective members of our client companies.
