Process for Accepting Technical Intern Trainees

From inquiries to on-site interviews, entry into Japan, and post-placement support,
HEART BANK協同組合 provides consistent and attentive assistance throughout.

STEP 1

Inquiries

Please feel free to contact us by phone or via the website form. “Can our occupation accept trainees?” “What are the approximate headcount and costs?” We will carefully answer your initial questions.

STEP 2

Needs Assessment・Program Explanation

Our specialists will visit you or hold an online meeting to hear about hiring challenges, required headcount, and desired candidate profiles. We will clearly explain the Technical Intern Training Program, our support, and total costs.

STEP 3

Interviews・Selection

We recruit candidates through overseas sending organizations and conduct on-site or online interviews. We assess motivation and character that a resume alone cannot convey.

STEP 4

Preparation for Entry

Duration: about 4–6 months

While learning Japanese language and culture, trainees prepare for travel. On behalf of your company, we fully support preparing and filing application documents with the Immigration Services Agency and the Organization for Technical Intern Training.

STEP 5

Entry・Legal Orientation

Duration: 1 month

After entering Japan, we conduct an “immediately-after-entry orientation” covering laws, daily-life rules, disaster prevention, and traffic rules to help them start life in Japan smoothly.

STEP 6

Placement (Technical Intern Training Starts)

After completing the orientation, trainees are assigned to your company. We provide attentive support to help them settle into the new environment, including housing setup and accompaniment on the first day.

STEP 7

Regular Audits・Support

We conduct regular audits and patrol guidance at least once every three months. We also provide consultation desks in trainees' native languages, offering ongoing support for their daily lives and mental well-being.

Toward the future ahead: One-stop transition to Specified Skilled Worker

Trainees who successfully complete Technical Intern Training (3 years) can transition to the residence status "Specified Skilled Worker (i)" without an exam.

As we work in full coordination with 株式会社ザ・ラッキーリレーション (Registered Support Organization), we support continued employment as job-ready personnel without the burden of switching to other companies or undergoing procedures again.

We provide an environment where they can thrive as your valued personnel for up to 8 years.
